Husqvarna FC 250 puts Covington back on the podium in Lommel

At Lommel’s famous sand circuit, Thomas Covington powered his way to second place aboard his trusty Husqvarna FC 250. Round 15 of the 2018 FIM Motocross World championship also saw his teammate, Thomas Kjer-Olsen, finish one place behind in third to top off a successful weekend for the Husqvarna powered riders.

For Covington his Lommel performance means he’s stood on the podium five times in the last six rounds. The American has certainly found his form in the second half of the championship.

Thomas Covington: “I’m really happy with second overall at this tough GP. A few years ago, I couldn’t even think this would be possible over here in Lommel. I just can’t thank the whole Rockstar Energy Husqvarna team members for all their hard work. We’ve been able to get some great results during the last few GPs and it’s onwards and upwards from here.”

What’s he riding?
