Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Billy Bolt and Alfredo Gomez pushed their FE450s to the limits at World Enduro Super Series – Romaniacs Hard Enduro Rallye – finishing fourth and fifth respectively at the end of the five-day race.
The Redbull Romaniacs is notoriously tough. Riders compete over 5 days, starting with an inner city prologue race across one of the most demanding man-made enduro courses ever put together. The riders then move deep in to the Southern Carpathian Mountains for four days of racing along some of Romania’s most challenging enduro trails.
The perfect bike for the job
Romania’s mountainous terrain, rocky ground and steep valleys are perfectly suited to the Husqvarna FE450. The chromium molybdenum frame is expertly crafted to offer the ideal flex whilst gliding from obstacle to obstacle and the powerful engine features shaft arrangements aimed at improving mass centralisation and handling - keeping you up right on the most ruthless of climbs.
