Described as ‘nine true performance minicycles and full-size machines that all deliver superior riding experiences’ it seems Husqvarna have spent lockdown focusing on improving their suspension performance across the range, as well as perfecting some ground-breaking tuning tech that we can’t wait to have a play with.2020 hasn’t been brimming with good news, but last month we received a nice little boost from Husqvarna HQ when they unveiled their highly anticipated 2021 Motocross range.
Husqvarna app and Connectivity Unit give riders professional tuning in the palm of their hands
We’d usually start these blogs with a list of all the mechanical upgrades that we’ll be able to enjoy. But this piece of tech is as close to a game change as they come.
With the Connectivity Unit mounted to the handlebars of any of Husky’s 4-stroke machines, riders can tune their engine mapping and suspension settings to the conditions at the touch of a button.
This type of tuning was previously only available to elite riders with a team of technical support. Now you can just whip out your phone, have a tweak and keep riding. It has the potential to be a revolutionary bit of kit.
