Ever wanted to order a custom Husqvarna bike with all the bells and whistles, but worried your design choices might look a bit naff?
Worry no more my friend! The clever team at Husqvarna have recently launched The Configurator, a Need-For-Speed-Esque bike customising tool that lets you add technical and aesthetic upgrades to your favourite Husky bikes.
See your perfect FC 450 in 3D
The Configurator lets you customise seven of Husqvarna’s most popular models. But the star of the show is the FC 450 which uses a 3D modelling program to give you a super life-like representation of your dream bike.
The list of modifications is extensive. You can make wholesale changes to components like the graphics, suspension and wheel set up. But if it’s the minor details you’re interested in, even the colour of the fuel tank cap and sprockets can be changed.
Once you’re happy with your changes, select the tools menu and hit the highlights button. This’ll give you the grand tour around your bike to make sure it’s looking the part.

What’s really cool about the tool is that you can send us a link to the modified bike and we can get it ordered for you. You’ll notice the price increasing with each extra you add.
