Billy 'Bolts' to The Top of The World Enduro Super Series Standings

British lad Billy Bolt has claimed another podium finish at the latest World Enduro Super Series event at Hawkstone Park, propelling him to the top of WESS standings.

The iconic venue saw 650 competitors battle it out over the two day events, with Billy eventually finishing third and his Husqvarna/Rockstar Energy Factory Racing team mate, Graham JArvis finishing 9th overall.

Aboard his Husqvarna FE 450, Billy made light work of the unique cross country circuit which winds its way through the legendary motocross track and surrounding woodland. Billy said of the weekend,

“I knew my pace was good today but my plan was to just ride my own race and see where I finished. The track was great, there was one rock-step that I was hitting quite hard and jumping – the crowd really loved it but then it started to get a bit gnarly, so I had to take it a little easier. The support from the fans was incredible – all the way around the track they were cheering and spurring me on. Finally, to be back on the podium and also leading the championship has capped off a great weekend’s racing.”

The World Enduro Super Series continues with round six at Sweden’s Gotland Grand National on October 26/27.
