Husqvarna hasn't gone crazy with the updates for the 2020 model. And to be honest, they didn’t need to.
The Vitpilen is so much fun to ride, with great acceleration that any engine updates would’ve been unnecessary.
For us the new colour scheme is a cracking alternative to the more subtle grey and black of the previous model. When we first saw it, we immediately wanted one in the showroom.
There are a few other aesthetic improvements worth shouting about.
Firstly the 2020 Vitpilen gets a sharp-looking pair of 17 inch spoked wheels that increase the new model’s style points. CNC machined footpegs and a new seat pillion cover aren’t groundbreaking but they do help give the 2020 model a more cohesive look.
